Like many of us in graduate school, you aren't too well off. And diapers and baby wipes add up real fast. Well, if you meet certain income and employment qualifications you might quailify for a child care subsidy through the Department of Social and Health Services in Colfax. Dependant Care Assistance Program (DCAP)
